What You’ll Do

  • Develop, review, and modify Behavior Intervention Plans/IEPS
  • Mentor RBTs, BCaBAs, and Clinic staff, and participate in supervised field work evaluation processes.
  • Collaborate with families and community providers.
  • Maintain insurance and clinical requirements for ABA services.
  • Create and/or oversee client and staff schedules.
  • Support team camaraderie through team meetings and recruitment efforts.
  • Other duties as assigned.

The qualifications and requirements for this position are:

  • Hold and maintain an active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
  • Meet all supervision requirements, including provision of supervision to new BCBAs, as specified by BACB.
  • Hold and maintain a state license where services are provided, as required.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a BCBA or comparable experience, e.g., in a BCaBA position.
  • Demonstrate excellent professional, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Be able to implement emergency procedures (PMT) and perform maneuvers and actions associated with managing students independently or as a part of an orchestrated team effort.
  • Be able to physically care for younger children up to 6 years old with or without assistance.
  • May occasionally be required to safely demonstrate heavy to very heavy physical demands associated with ‘hand on’ efforts when physically managing students, under routine, emergency, and/or aggressive behavior management scenarios.
  • Follow all safety procedures and requirements.
  • In person services are required, unless otherwise indicated.

The salary range is $74,175 – $108,675 USD, depending on experience and qualifications.

  • Overseeing ABA services for assigned cases.
  • Leading and conducting assessments.
  • Reviewing graphs and programming and making modifications as necessary to promote progress.
  • Providing consultation and/or training to local community providers (e.g., schools or other service providers)
  • Leading and participating in meetings.
  • Providing parent training.
  • Developing Behavior Intervention Plans, client treatment goals and objectives.
  • Providing training and ongoing supervision to RBTs, BCBAs, and BCaBAs.
  • Maintaining all insurance requirements for ABA services and adherence to clinical requirements for insurance services.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities include:

  • Applying behavior analytic strategies to improve client experience and staff performance.
  • Providing supervised field work for behavior analytic candidates, as assigned.
  • Creating and managing client and staff schedules.
  • Participating in staff evaluation process, as well as supporting recruitment efforts.
  • Modeling high levels of professionalism and confidentiality in all settings.
